I.D.P: Schedule, 2007 Outdoor Girls, 2007 Outdoor Boys, National Teams, International Players
What should you know about I.D.P.? I.D.P. is a selection process. The most talented and dedicated players is selected then grouped, exposed & challenged in more sophisticated training sessions. Practices are held every other week for selected players.
- Only coaches, following some precise criterias, select players for I.D.P.
- No age limits. Talent and desire to succeed is the only limitation.
- Voluntary basis. If you are chosen you may choose to forfeit your participation.
- Numbers of participants per team are limited.
- Practices are every other week.
- International matches may be arranged players from other states and country may be selected.
- I.D.P. schedule will be arranged to avoid any conflicts with league games.
- Players will be exposed to professional coaches from outside of their club.
- Player may be released from I.D.P. at any time for breaching I.D.P. rules.
Main criterias used to select players: Coaches will evaluate players & select the best of a given team.
- Percentage of participation at club practices, games & tournaments must be among the highest on the club.
- Pass fitness test.
- Be a hard and smart team player during practices and games.
- Show desire & willingness to improve skills.
- Above average talent.
- Be a team leader.
- Follow I.D.P. rules.
- Desire & motivation to succeed at the next level: high school, college and national team

Criterias used to select IDP & Black Team Selection Process:
- Talent - The ability to excel in one or more areas of the game. Who comes to Practice?
- Soccer IQ - to be a student of the game.
- Leadership - the ability to lead oneself and team by word and/or deed. Be accountable & responsible.
- Heart - not afrtaid to fail by finding reasons to succeed.
- Work Ethic - comes to work every day. And that includes practices.
- Intangibles - does the little things that count (block a shot, track down an opponent to make a tackle, cheers for teammates when on the bench).
- Competitive spirit - loves to compete, enjoys the pressure of performing in game and practices.
- Makes teammates better in games and practices
- Unselfish - team success is first priority
- Coach able - accepts constructive criticism and show improvement's.
